How we work

Small by design. Senior by requirement.

No bench

We do not keep engineers waiting for projects. Every person on the team is either delivering client work or investing in Centenum Labs research. This is why we sometimes say no to engagements. Capacity is real.

No juniors on your project

We do not use client engagements to train people. Senior engineers do the work directly, including the parts that are not glamorous. If we ever bring in a junior, it is because they shadow, never because they ship.

Same team, end to end

We're one senior team operating across Toronto and Lagos. The engineers who scope your engagement are the same engineers who build it. No sales handoff to a delivery team you never met, no junior layer slotted in once the contract is signed.

No vendor lock-in

Every engagement ends with you owning the system, the documentation, and the operational knowledge. We do not build dependencies that require us forever. If you never call us again after delivery, that is the engagement working as designed.
